Adopt Cat Toronto

PLEASE HURRY! Got my cat at The Toronto Humane Society can you take him there to get checked out?
I wanted to know if the Humane Society will take a look at a cat that has been adopted there. He having trouble trying to pee and I know that it can get serious with 24-48 hours, but lucky it seems he's just started with troubles.
THS is closer to me than his vet so by the time i get there they might be closed so i wanted to know if i could take him there instead?
Also the PRICE I'm looking for everything that needs to be done if anyone has had this problem!? I haven't gotten paid yet, so if I don't currently have enough I need to know in order to borrow some from family!
Or if any of you know of anyplace I can take him near or in the Toronto or York Region area asap?? That will be open after hours like an emergency clinic or somethin.
Thank you! I apperciate it so much!
No there isn't any blood, only straining.
Look in phone bood for ER vet and take asap. Needs to see if the cat is blocked or not. If it is he will need catheter and possibley surgery. The price ranges. I just had this done to my cat and it cost me $500 and he is doing well. It is usually caused by poor diet that causes stones to block their ureters and form in their bladders. If all else fails the doctor can cut and make into female kitty. That way the stones do not block them. But this is urgent situation for the cat if it backs up the material will be toxic and kill the cat and it is very painful also. It may just be a urinary tract infection. Call regular vets and then they should beable to tell you who is on for ER vets they usually have a message on there. Good luck. Any blood in urine? Or is he just straining?
